The Pizza Engineer

Join us on this unique pizza dinner/class experience where everyone plays chef express creativity at the same time.

Think of this as a pizza making learning journey, with the look and feel of dinning out.

We will greet all guest with a welcome drink as we relax and get to know each other.

The first part of the experience is a brief class about our history and pride on our food, followed my the production of the first pizza of the night were everyone observes and learn how to open the pizza, and how best to choose and place the ingredients.

After tasting the first pizza, each guess will do the pizza they have chosen, learning some tricks in how to master opening the dough and topping it correctly and, of course, baking it. Of course to hell with perfection.

All guest will take away a goody bag that is included in the price. We will celebrate the best taste, most fun and even the best of the worst results.
