Welcome to The Peel: Wood Fired Kitchen. We run a fully converted mobile catering van, fitted with an authentic Italian wood fired oven. Our family business is based in Nottinghamshire and you’ll find us across the East Midlands catering at different events. We use a combination of the finest locally sourced and Italian ingredients in our food, priding ourselves on delivering excellent quality and taste to our customers.

The Peel provides pizzas for the evening reception of our wedding on the August bank holiday weekend. Booking them to come along was simple, Tom and his team were lovely and most importantly, the pizzas were fresh, hot and delicious! Highly recommend.
