We started when we found our eldest was intolerant to G, E&P. I (Kristie) have sensitivities to G, E, S, D&Y. Shaun is a trained chef with a great understanding of just how difficult it can be to feed everyone, while them still enjoying their food as well as getting all the nutrition that they need.
