From start to finish this service was absolutely outstanding. I did a lot of shopping around and when I came across family bounce occassions I was a little sceptical for what they offer as they are fair cheaper and offer so much more then more expensive companies. Unfortunately I had not considered if access to my property was sufficient and although we encountered issues, Sam was dedicated to exploring all options to ensure that the booking could go ahead, which she did and was on hand to help with any issues. Thank you so much Sam for your attention to details, patience, determination to our event. I will definitely recommend her to any one that I know that has an event coming up

I hired the photobooth for a corporate Christmas party - Samantha was brilliant throughout the booking process and on the evening, would definitely recommend! Everyone loved the photos :)

Great having family Bounce at our work Christmas party. They kept us all happy and were great communicating with before and after the event. Really appreciate them and will definitely book in the future.

We had a Photo Booth for my 50th birthday party and were very happy with the results. Everyone enjoyed the props and took loads of pictures. The setup and take down afterwards was all handled easily without any disruption to the party going on around it. Very happy with the service!

Despite technical issues that delayed our use of the photo mirror (which was not an issue as we were then able to have use of it until well past our booking time without our even asking - thank you Samantha!) it was a GREAT addition to our Christmas festivities. The photo mirror is very easy to use, photo print quality was decent and we were provided with lots of props - everyone had fun taking lots of photos! Definitely worth the money and would highly recommend!
