I learnt to cook from watching my mother when I was growing up in Barbados. The smells would fill the house and her Sunday dinners had to be tasted to be believed.
The recipes that she taught me all those years ago are now at the heart of what we create at the Bajan Jerk Box. We select the best ingredients and prepare them freshly on-site to bring you the real taste of the Caribbean. We never compromise on quality or taste and we make sure that no-one ever goes home hungry.
We cater for all tastes and we’re always happy to discuss our clients’ needs in-depth. Our passion is food and we’d love to share it with you sometime.

Yes we can as we have converted a caravan into a fully equipped kitchen.
