The Acoustic Grandads are gentlemen of a certain vintage, very accomplished musicians who play and sing quirky and popular songs, old and new!
With a huge repertoire they create a unique and jolly musically interactive experience for folks of all ages.
Anything goes, from Vintage Jazz, Novelty/Comic Songs, Film/TV Themes, Musicals, Wartime/Cockney Singalongs, Pop Hits, Country, Blues, Rockabilly, even Classical and Opera!
The AGs love to play with no amplification at all when possible making for a more traditional, good old singalong atmosphere but will use a simple, not too loud PA system if required.
Available for all types of functions, events, pubs etc. Static or roaming, the AGs are an unusual but very enjoyable choice of entertainment and great value too.
*Warning: May contain washboard and kazoo!
It's worth noting that if booking for a wedding day or suchlike, then The Acoustic Grandads might be better suited for the reception as a kind of sideshow entertainment rather than for the evening when a full on band for dancing would probably be required.
