• How long do you need to set up?

  Characters arrive 15 minutes before appearance to change.

• Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

  Yes

• Are you DBS checked?

  Unfortunately the business we are in no longer allows DBS checks. We do take personal checks of all team members who don't have their own DBS

• Do you limit the number of children that we can invite to our child's Birthday party?

  No. A single characters appearance for 20 minutes is suitable for up to 25 children
