• 6ft Tables and Chairs to accommodate up to 500 guests
• Canape foyer area
• Prep kitchen equipped to cater up to 700 guests (P.O.A for additional equipment hire)

• Pin-spot lighting for dining (for 40 tables)
• Starlit ceiling and chandelier lighting
• Complimentary car parking
• Complimentary Wi-Fi – 100GE
• One suite for the night of the wedding
• Dedicated coordinator, to assist with the planning of your day
• Discounted wedding bedroom rates for your guest (£100 B&B reduced from £129 B&B)
• Onsite engineer to assist on the day
£2,200 for the truss lighting and LED dancefloor – light engineer included in the price
£500 to hire our LED Bar
Caterer must pay a £1,000.00 refundable deposit to work in the finishing Kitchen.
Bins must be provided by the caterer for waste disposal, if the caterer uses our bins onsite a charge of £250.00 per bin will be required

Civil ceremony costings
£599.00 for any room that is licensed, currently licensed for the below;
Orangery – 65 max
Hazelwood 1 – 110 max
Hazelwood 2 – 175 max
Outside manor house (porch) – 100 max
We can do a blessing in the grounds or in any of the function spaces, the cost will still be £599.00 for room hire
Hire of the Hazelwood or terrace marquee for £4,000 inc VAT, this normally takes place before the evening reception
Exclusive use of the venue
£30,000.00 including VAT for all event spaces
With an accommodation package this will be £35,000.00 with all bedroom for B&B.
We can offer a private dining room for the wedding if we have availability, aim to book the Westbrook, Radlett for this. There will be an additional supplement for this
We can offer a complimentary breakfast room if available for the morning after the wedding – buffet breakfast
If two weddings are taking place at the same time, both weddings can use the grounds but we would need to know timings and look at this nearer the time to give allocated time slots. Each wedding will have their own duty manager onsite to liaise timings and guide guests
