Charlotte was very professional and friendly! She was brilliant with all the children. Children loved their face painting! I truly recommend using pop top and Rebel & Rascals face painting services.

I booked face painting for my daughter’s birthday party pretty last minute and I am glad Charlotte accepted it! She is very friendly, professional and obviously very talented🥰 she came on time for the party, brought everything she needed, did a wonderful job for everyone at the party including the adults. Very happy with the service, we will be reaching out to her again when we have another party.
