She is very friendly, professional and obviously very talented🥰 she came on time for the party, brought everything she needed, did a wonderful job for everyone at the party including the adults. My kids have never let anyone else paint their face, but Charlotte was so patient and calming that they actually managed to sit still for long enough! They were thrilled with the designs and loved being able to choose whatever they wanted.
At our Caribbean Fun day Rebel & Rascals did the best representations of all the Caribbean flags.
It made us so proud to not just wear our flags but to do so in the most beautiful artistic way.

Charlotte is a brilliant face painter, really friendly and calm with my children and they were utterly delighted with their designs, they had a rainbow dog, rainbow panda and a sparkly cat - nothing was too much trouble and every design was amazing. Highly recommended.
