Right from the start, the service and attention to detail was second to none. Every contact with Phanthom was professional and polite in particular Jordan who made the whole experience an amazing one for my daughter and her friend on prom day. The car and driver were immaculate and certainly turned quite a few heads! We were all really impressed that's for sure. Adding the celebration plate to personalise the car was a fantastic idea especially when we were able to keep it at the end. Even when we made a change on the afternoon it was no bother for them, and they even made a fuss over my son who's birthday it was on the same day to make him feel special too!

Brilliant service from start to finish, driver was very punctual and polite.
Excellent service. The staff were so helpful throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.
Overall communication was good and car arrived on time. Downside was the car itself was a little tired and had seen better days. In addition I thought they were supposed to offer some refreshments which they didn’t.
45 minutes late picking up the bride, she had to drive herself to the church where the car meet her after the service. Very poor and disappointed spoilt a perfect day!
