FAQs

  • What kind of events do you usually serve?

We mostly play music for weddings but we also perform on stage with bands and for corporate events.

  • How long do you play for?

We'll play for as long as you book us! We do however need to take a 10 minute break every hour.

  • Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment?

We carry liability insurance through our Musician's Union membership. Because we don't generally use a PA system, we don't have need to PAT test our acoustic instruments.

  • How much space do you require?

We need roughly a 4x5 foot area. Because of our bows and need of chairs, we do need more space than you might think!

  • My favourite tune is not on your list. Will you be able to play it?

Most likely! We have an incredible in house arranger that can make most songs work for string quartet. But like most things, there are exceptions. The good news is, we've yet to come across one!

  • How many breaks do you take? How long are they?

For every hour of playing, we will l take a 5 to 10 minute break. This ensures we can stay hydrated and give our arms a little breather.
