This was actually very bad experience.
- Before the event, we contacted Magic Mirror to send them a template for our pictures, and asked for a test print. Took them 1 week to reply and the test print was bad, that was 4 days before the wedding. We had to ask for the ratio, call them, send an eyeball template etc, right up to an hour before the wedding. And their reason for slowness is "we have too many bookings these days" (which I think we only received because my husband sent a strongly worded email).
- The event itself had many problems:
-The photos were very blurry at the beginning.
-Took an hour to fix.
-Yet photos quality still very bright and unclear. They say it's because of lighting in the venue, but we expect them to have contingency plans for different venues.
-Could not print out any pictures. They blamed it on the wifi of the venue, which was working well for us and our guests. They offered to send us the pictures via post 1 week later so now we will have to distribute ourselves.
-Props were quite limited
-Because of the bad experience of slow start, image quality, no print outs, none of our guests even queued up to take pictures because noone can get excited anymore. The queue was literally empty, and they left an hour early as a result.
