Really friendly prompt and helpful. Kept us abreast of when they were turning up to set up the mirror. Easy instructions and left us to our own devices to enjoy ourselves
We booked this very last minute for our wedding and were thrilled with the service provided. Set up was really quick and not intrusive on the day, in fact they’d set up before I even realised! We were able to use our own background for our photos, and the props provided were great quality. The guestbook was a lovely touch, and having the USB of all photos at the end of the night was a great extra. The assistant running the Photo Booth (so sorry I didn’t catch his name!) was professional and helpful and made it a fun experience for everyone! 5 star service, thank you!!

Magic mirrors was fantastic at our wedding reception. Good selection of props for photos were really good at giving directions for how to take the photos! Really liked that everyone got their own copy of the photos plus our photobook.

Our only comment is we were not expecting to provide backdrop which changed the picture dynamics.
We have just had an amazing 50th party and Poptop Events played their part in the form of providing a photobooth/magic mirror. It was so popular and really good fun and having 2 guys to advise was extra special. Many thanks to them and Poptop Event for making it a magical experience.

Very good service it was a little slow getting people going at the start so they gave us an extra 15 minutes at the end to get a few more photos
Magic mirror was fabulous. Really made the wedding.arrived on time set up was good.the book at the end was lovely.the guys were friendly and professional however I booked these on the basis that the quote said the duration of of evening.however it was only for 2 hours which I wasnt aware of.still had loads of fun though.just need to make it clearer when sending the quote.

The Magic Mirror company were a great addition to our 80th Birthday party being thrown for our parents. The communication before the event was always prompt and the setup on the day was professional, with the addition of great props. I was slightly worried about the quality of the photos over the photo booth, however I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the photos. The photos were very clear and the mirror allowed the little ones to be fully involved and allowed group photos to be taken easily. A great package, with a USB of all photos at the end of the night.

I felt the motor was a little underwhelming and disappointing for the amount it cost. The guys were pleasant but didn’t encourage it’s use. The space was tight and they made no effort to try and find some way to use the props. Photos. We’re good enough.

I was very pleased with Kamran and his magic mirror. We had a really fun time and was lovely to receive an album of photos at the end of the night to remember my special day.
The company were very professional and friendly. The Mirror is great and there were loads of props to choose from which kept all the guests entertained. The only issue was that not all of the photos taken from the night were transferred onto the USB, a few were missing. Apart from this the service was amazing.
Super nice guys but be aware that this company will only accept cash or bank transfer for the final payment. They were also a bit late and the mirror itself had seen better days.
I've marked low for responsiveness as it took quite a while for them to come back to me with an answer to my query. Props were ok but the quality of the 'on the night' prints were not clear and quite small, however they did provide a memory stick and these are clear. All in all a fun time
Guests really enjoyed the magic mirror experience.
The staff were polite, professional and approachable, and the props were great. We were a little disappointed with the red carpet as we were expecting a plain bright red carpet accompanied by the gold poles and rope as described with photo on the Poptop website. There were no poles or rope and the carpet was more of a rug and was a deeper shade of red with a border design around it. This carpet looked a little out of place and did not give the glamour effect we were looking forward to that a red carpet with gold poles would have. Overall a fun activity.
Terrible service. An hour late to the event, and photobooth didn't work for the majority of the evening. When it did work, the photos were blurry and print quality was extremely poor.
I was not satisfied at all! I did not receive all of the photos that were taken I was only sent 30 photos, but I was supposed to get every copy sent to me, also the quality of the prints were very poor they were really blurry, and the mirror kept constantly crashing, I am very upset and angry as this was a very special event to me and it was ruined by this, and £330 is a lot of money to of spent out when it was a complete disaster, I did also contact the company who done the photos and they said they would check to see if they sent all of the photos but they didn't and they have ignored me since.
