no
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
yes, but in some circumstances we will bring the food already prepared and ready for service

What kind of cuisine do you offer?
we have been lucky enough to have worked on many projects and with many chefs from around the world and with their own culinary experience, and so we are able to offer anything from world cuisine you may require.
Do you offer special menus?
we are more than happy to create a menu just for your event
Do you also offer a wedding cake?
we can hook you up with one of our many contacts to provide you with your dream cake. we do offer cheese wedding cakes
What is included in the menu?
we always include buffet service as well as eco friendly plates, napkins and cutlery where required.
