Efficient and helpful installation and removal of hot tub. Hot tub itself was exactly what we wanted, clean, fully functional and spacious enough for two adults and two children to play. Very happy, would recommend to friends and use again in the future.

Amazing. Everything explained very clearly, and easy to follow. Temperature outside was minus 1, so it took longer to heat up, but we just added hot water to speed up the process. Once at temperature, it maintained it well, for the whole time. Loved it. Will definitely do this again. I think emptying it will be tricky, as no hose connection to empty it directly into a drain, so you have to just pull out the plug, which will obviously let the water out everywhere, but if you're ok with that, then this is a great idea. I'd recommend it to everyone.

We hired a hot tub to cheer up family members who were working from home during lockdown.Delivery was on time and set up was quick. The KEDA events guys were great - they were super flexible about delivery and pick-up and the hot tub worked well.

We hired a hot tub for a week. The equipment was great quality and robust enough to be used every day by the kids. Gemma was extremely helpful and professional as was the gentleman who came to set it up - would totally recommend and would definitely use them again. It was great value for money and made our staycation fun.

I was very disappointed when the hot tub arrived as the weights for the gazebo were broken so I couldn’t have the gazebo or a canopy so nowhere to put the added fairy lights I purchased so my plans for my sons family birthday tomorrow are a huge let down plus I had no prior warning given about this, just on delivery. Not very happy I just hope I get my refund.

The photo booth was damaged by a previous customer, no alternative was offered despite the website offering multiple services from photo booths, magic mirrors, magicians etc.

We were left without entertainment a week before the wedding was due.

Still waiting for my refund, sent a follow up chasing and had no response.
