Jimi Can

Hello there, my name is Jimi and I'm a Bristol based musician originally from Spain & Cuba. I am a musician & producer, song-writer and band leader with lots of experience in the music industry; I am specialised in world music such as flamenco, Latin, reggae or West African, and I'm also fluent on other styles such as folk, pop/rock etc. I am in several bands and musicians' collectives, and provide good quality acts all the time as part of my day to day job. I have a degree (BA Hons) in Music Industry Management & Popular Music from Bucks New University, after which I continued developing my career in multimedia (music, video and radio production) and forming different music projects. Whatever the event you have in mind, from a little surprise party to a festival, we can rock it for you and provide you and your guests with a great time and experience. Our prices will depend on how big the band (how many band members) you want to book, depending on your budget and type of event. That's why prices here are only a guide. Basically, in our band (which can range from a solo musician to a duo, trio, etc. up until a 5 or 6 piece band) we tend to want between £120 to £150 per musician, after expenses and agency fees.
