Thank you to Tony and the whole VIP BUS PARTY team for an epic 40th birthday party last weekend. The bus turned up early, the service onboard was excellent, the loo was convenient to have onboard, and there was even a coat rack. It was nice to have a couple stops to take a breather and some pictures, but the real fun was while onboard the bus. It just felt like we had our own VIP mobile club! Didn’t know what to expect going into it but they exceeded our expectations. Thanks again VIP BUS PARTY!

Also, thanks to Poptop for requesting quotes from different companies other than my original request. That’s how we ended up booking with VIP.

I booked & paid for 2 buses for a wedding but only one turned up because there was a problem with the other one. Fortunately enough guests had cars to offer lifts so we were lucky but it could have ruined our day. The one that did turn up took twice as long to get to the venue as it got lost. When I enquired about some sort of refund for non delivery of one of the buses I was offered a 10% discount on a non-existent future booking and the attitude was less than apologetic!

    We charge per person on the party bus or you can hire the party bus at a set rate for a hourly duration. Our vintage bus, coaches and minibuses are charged per event or a daily charge

Set List/Services

Party bus packages are as follows:

Sapphire package £35pp -
2 hour party bus experience with beers and bubbles (pre booked) free entrance to club/bar with VIP area (subject to availability) and complimentary drink on arrival.

Ruby package £45pp -
2 hour party bus experience with beers, bubbles spirits and mixers (pre booked) free entrance to club/bar with VIP area (subject to availability) and complimentary drink on arrival.

Diamond package £85pp -
2 hour party bus experience with beers, bubbles premium spirits and cocktails(pre booked) free entrance to club/bar with VIP area (subject to availability) and complimentary drink on arrival.

All packages are bases on a minimum of 30 guests and vary depending on group size.

Coach packages and routemaster hire prices are dependent on booking requests etc.
