Communications were hopeless, they failed to read the requirement properly, Poptop claimed that the company had been taken over, in fact they had passed it over to a brother. The entire experience was fraught and frightening, we didn't know they would deliver anything until two days before our event. Terrible

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed, as this does not accurately reflect the booking or communication. Our crew transported the full 6x12m hardwood floor booked. We had not been told that only half was required prior to arrival via the customisation form. On 30th July, we explained that carpet had not been booked and recommended it due to the hardwood flooring; this was declined. After installation, carpet was requested, which we still supplied at 30% discount, sending a crew member back separately. We provided outdoor lighting free of charge. We provide a two-hour arrival window, which was communicated and met on both occasions. NK Marquees LTD is a separate business from the company originally booked with; we received none of that payment, but we still went above & beyond.

I cannot recommend Keira and the team highly enough. Prior to the event the responsiveness to queries and questions was always incredibly quick and they went out of their way to help with planning, willing to accommodate all requests. Despite an early start, everything was set up in plenty of time and then quickly taken down at the end of the day. 6x3m marquee was perfect for our needs . Thanks Keira and the team

Pop Top has been brilliant. It gives you peace of mind that the vendors are legitimate, good people and Pop Top couldn't have done more to help me find the right vendor, make sure my details were correct, my requirements were met, and after a couple of small problems were available on the phone and sorted them out immediately. Really brilliant service.
