The Cocoa Island team were fantastic to work with throughout the run of SNL UK. Every Saturday, they delivered and managed the bar for our audience and VIPs, taking care of everything from the bar setup and glassware to the bartenders and drinks service. They were consistently reliable, professional and easy to work with, and the quality of the service never dropped. We’d happily recommend them to any live production or event!

We received a message the night before that the company would send equipment to our address via Amazon without asking if this would be appropriate. The address was very rural and we were away at our wedding service. It was very awkward to organise delivery of the parcel and this was all done at very short notice. Our cocktail server turned up late and could not follow signs to the wedding reception. She seemed incapable of finding the relevant bottles in the bar area. However, she did mix the cocktails to a good standard, but seemed unaware of what drinks require crushed ice or ice cubes.

We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the quality of the cocktails, and we appreciate you recognising the standard of the drinks served. Our bartender actually arrived well ahead of schedule, with ample time before the agreed service start. Upon arrival she made repeated attempts to contact the on-the-day numbers supplied, but unfortunately none of the calls were answered. We have call log records confirming these attempts. Had she been able to speak with someone on site, there was more than enough time to direct her to the correct location before service began. Our bartenders work with a wide variety of venues and layouts, so it is not unusual for them to need guidance on where items have been stored. Once service commenced, we are pleased that the cocktails met your expectations.

The desserts and coffees were incredibly popular (not to mention delicious), communication was great-the team made everything so easy-and we will definitely book again for similar events. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience using pop top… Had an amazing experience using pop top and cocoa island. Alan was our bartender and he was serving drinks for 4hrs non stop to 200guests. There was constantly a massive queue for his cocktails, all the guests said he was amazing and he didn’t complain once especially as he was outside serving in the rain! Cocoa Island were very quick at responding to all my requests leading up to the event and very helpful in regards to the ingredients required for the evening. Thankyou both!
