Very happy with cocoa island. Danesh turned up on time and was very organised. Happy to wait until after the fish and chips had been served. The skewers of fruit, waffles/profiteroles were delicious with plenty of topping choices. All my guests were very happy. All went as hoped with no fuss
I’ve ordered treats here for my husband a few times. They’ve always been prompt to reply and communicate and the food is amazing. However, I am upset to learn they no longer do lunch time deliveries and don’t reply to messages promptly anymore. Such a shame as it was the perfect treat x
Just had the most amazing biscoff & bueno milkshakes and banoffee waffld from here, second time ordering, friendly staff, deffo be back, had to get the pic n mix sweets too, deffo recommend x

Communication was good when you asked a question... the service was as described and requested and a special thankyou to the young couple who travelled from Surrey to stand in at the last moment when a member of staff was ill
Danish, the owner, is hands down the most unprofessional event supplier I've ever encountered. I booked my event over a month in advance, and through his own incompetence, he scheduled it for 7pm instead of the 5pm we agreed on. This critical error completely derailed my plans. Despite trying to amend the time last minute, the bartender showed up absurdly late and didn’t start until 7pm, leaving my guests awkwardly waiting as setup dragged on. Danish promised it would only take 15 minutes but it ended up taking 40, with guests standing around watching the setup—an absolute embarrassment.
Throughout this ordeal, Danish prepeatedly ignored my calls and barely responded to texts. Whilst he apologised he did nothing to make up for his mistake or offer to extend the event time to make up for his mistake. His complete lack of accountability and utter disregard for customer service is appalling.
The bartender, once finally set up, was skilled, but it was far too little, too late. If you care at all about reliability and professionalism, steer clear of this supplier.
