What services do you offer?
We work with you every step of the way to help create your menu starting with your favorite dishes, the type of theme you're trying to create and how many guests you have. We have staff on-hand to serve canapes, offer table service for plated-meals and dining as well as bar staff for cocktails and matching wines. We can set-up buffet stations and even prepare food outdoors whether that's a BBQ or Hog Roast and of course we can cater for all dietary needs and food preferences. If you need tableware, glassware and linen we can take care of that too.
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
Yes we do and we can bring our own kitchen if your venue doesn't have the facilities for your catering.
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Yes, it is absolutely no problem to adapt our menus and we can provide different options for you to choose from. We can even arrange to cook and prepare your menu for you before the wedding day so you can make your final decisions completely happy and safe in the knowledge of how it will look and taste.
What kind of cuisine do you offer?
We offer all sorts of cuisine and can tailor your menu to how you'd like to serve your guests and how you'd like to celebrate your day.
Do you offer special menus?
Yes we do offer special menus and you can choose from our chef's pre-prepared menus for canapes, buffet, BBQ or three and five course dining or we can create a bespoke menu based on whatever you would like.
How does the open bar work?
We have our own cocktail and gin bar where we can serve your guests with beers, wines and cocktails and we can also match your menu with a selection of wines.
Set List/Services
We can provide catering for small numbers and intimate dinner parties including canapes and cocktails, right through to hot and cold buffets and five course menus with matching wine for hundreds of guests. If you can imagine it, then we'll be able to make it happen.
