Shane the driver was lovely and made my daughter feel so special on her prom night. He texted us before hand to introduce himself and greeted us with a friendly smile when he arrived. There were drinks available and he blue toothed her playlist in the limo. There was no rush to leave or take photos. He was a dressed so smart and was nothing but a gentleman to our daughter and the rest of the party. It all added to make the night more special. Blazing Desire were fantastic at moving the booking due to lockdown. The only negative point was I was sending messages and emails after unanswered phone calls when I wanted confirmation after new government announcements. I was getting worried at no contact but then the phone was answered. On the day the driver Bill was exceptional. The girls loved the experience.
Unfortunately it wasnt blazing desire that turned up it was white line limo & party bus hire that came as blazing desire had broke down.
My daughter still had the best birthday they were brilliant would recommend them. We all had an amazing night thankyou xx

Had an amazing time! So much room and was different to have a bus for a change would definitely recommend this over a limo any day! The driver was professional and friendly. The bus was a little expensive for what we received. When entering the bus we where told that the bus had no karaoke and then when on the road the Bluetooth for the music was all crackly and we were not able to enjoy the playlist. The bus driver also tried to drop us off 20 minutes early then the scheduled hour we had paid for. Overall a little disappointing for the first time on a party bus.
Very very disappointed, it was unbelievably hard to get in contact, it took weeks for a response which set my guard up. Had a party bus booked for half 8 and at 10:30 pm we were still waiting for it. No one to call apart from the office number which was no on. It was ment to be a great night but just ended up being stressful trying to arrange alternative lifts with it being a Saturday night.

Arrived late! They never answer your phone calls! Wrong bus sent that ordered! Specially asked for dance pole and was told “yes we have dance pole which is called a safety pole due to health and safety rules” no safety pole in our bus just a dark and dingy small bus! Yes had party lights in one corner. Was asked to pay driver by cash on the day but he asked for different amount that was in my email from them! I showed the driver this he checked with office and took my payment that was on email. This morning I received email from them asking for the extra amount of £80 to be paid in 7 days or will incur extra charges!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Awful company!!!!
Let down not once but 2ce by this company. I appreciate a bereavement was the cause of the first instant but it was handled unprofessionally by cutting off the phone and websites without any communication.
Then was reconfirmed only to be let down a few days prior to the even. Still haven’t received my deposit back.
Event didn’t happen and the company never got in touch after I messaged about the new covid rules
Coach was cancelled night Thursday night... the night before the trip.. I was promised by deposit back on Monday.. its now Wednesday.. just called them and promised today.. we will see...
