We make pizza crust from scratch using a carefully maintained sourdough starter. Each pizza is topped with homemade signature sauce, high-quality mozzarella, a variety of local roasted vegetables, and carefully selected high-quality prosciutto, pepperoni, nduja, smoked ham, and anchovies.
