From an early age Johnny loved to sing and first took to the stage at the tender age of nine where he had a lead role in a school musical production. Since then he has not looked back, joining the choir in high school and then forming his first band in 1979 at the age of fifteen. In the years that followed Johnny has fronted some of the top covers bands in the midlands including Devoted to Rock and Tranzam alongside his solo career. Johnny now concentrates entirely on his solo work and specializes in vintage style songs from the swing, rock and roll and 60's era's, but with thirty plus years in the music business he has built up a massive repertoire from the 1920's to present day and can tailor his set to suit most needs.
