After leaving the world of running Michelin star restaurants I set up as a Private Chef and Catering Company. I cater for bespoke parties of all sizes from two guests to large weddings. I specialise in bringing clients exactly want they want with all services and menus supplied in a bespoke manner. Im open to all ideas and can also share with you the wealth of experience i have from working in some of the worlds best restaurants.
