We can modify to suit you, we cook meat, vegetarian, vegan, halal etc.
Typically we serve up falafel to order, freshly whipped hummus, pomegranate molasses chicken as well as other season delights with a Middle-Eastern/Mediterranean spin. We love to use local and season ingredients where possible and would love to discuss a specific menu then we are all ears! Whilst a lot of our food is vegan/vegetarian we do love to cook with sustainably sourced meat. We are Edinburgh based but happy to travel to bring a smile to your guests/friends/colleagues faces.
