Five-piece, Huddersfield-based folk band Trouble at t'Mill have been playing gigs in and around West Yorkshire since the band's formation in August 2015. The band is fully-equipped with a 1000W PA rig - plenty loud enough to fill a medium-large venue. "We have an extensive catalogue of music, fit for any occasion or venue, ranging from rousing drinking songs, reels and jigs to slow airs and melancholy folk songs. Our arrangements are fun and fluid and filled with energy and we are available to provide live music for corporate and private functions, pubs, bars, restaurants and festivals.."

Magenta Strings was formed in 2001 when Helen Coleman (violin) and Lucy Deakin (cello) met at Leeds College of Music. Magenta has developed into a vibrant young ensemble who play for weddings and functions throughout Derbyshire and the northwest. Decent Chaps quartet has played for Jimmy Carr, Baby Lifeline National Charity Events, Kate Adie, Kenneth Clarke MP, Richard Baker, Freddie Flintoff, Nick Owen to name but a few and play nationwide at many weddings/civil partnerships, birthday/cocktail/dinner/garden parties, balls and civic and corporate functions. Our repertoire includes Jazz, Swing, Latin, Jump-Jive, Trad-Dixie, 1920s-1940s and Ratpack and is excellent for both background and for dancing later in the evening.
