The "Rococo Duo" is a String Duo (Violin and Cello) available to perform at a wide range of events. We have a large Repertoire of music from Classical, Jazz, Film and Popular Music and are also happy to arrange any special requests to fit your occasion. We are professional players with lots of experience in Weddings and background music for all events. We can also offer the "Coco Duo" which is an Electric String Duo for something a little different! The Trossachs Quartet is group of highly experienced performers who have collectively worked professionally in the orchestral and chamber music industry in the UK for up to 30 years. Our home base is in North Ayrshire, but we are able to cover most of Central Scotland. We have performed for weddings, dinners and formal occasions, and are able to adapt our approach to fit the mood of the day. Our individual experience includes work with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, appearing at the BBC Proms, and at concert halls all around Scotland. There have also been international tours to the Netherlands, Belgium, South America and China. We also perform with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Scottish Opera and Scottish Ballet, as well as recording session work for singer/songwriters, film score soundtracks and performances with pop and rock bands.

The Rosewood String Quartet is a collective of experienced young string players based in Glasgow's west end, available to perform at a wide range of events. With a repertoire varying from classical to pop, we are also happy to arrange new music, catering to all musical tastes. Whether you need background music at your party or music to walk down the aisle to, the Rosewood Quartet will make your event special. The Aberdeen Chamber Orchestra was founded in 1982 by a group of friends who had known each other at school and university in the city. The idea was to promote a small-scale concert for the enjoyment of the players, friends and relatives. The concert was such a success that the members decided that they wanted to meet again and thus the Chamber Orchestra was born. Since then, the ACO has gone on to establish itself at the forefront of amateur orchestral playing in Aberdeen.

We are the most entertaining and versatile string ensemble you'll ever see.. Completely at home doing the whole seated background, elegant string trio thing (we all trained at the best music colleges there are), but we can then also get up, get rid of our music stands and really give your guests a show to remember- singing, dancing, serenading, flirting and getting the audience to clap along in delight! Our repertoire includes popular classics, more recent pop tunes, foot tapping gypsy numbers as well as any special requests you might want to throw our way! We are completely self contained- no mics or stages needed. We are new to Poptop but have been playing at weddings and parties for the last 10 years, all over the UK and beyond!
