We are looking for a bell tent to be set up next to the reception room in the gardens. It would be so we can put children's board games and books in to keep the young children occupied during the day. We would require maybe a rug, bunting, fairy lights etc (open to suggestions).
We would like to have a celebration for 85 people from 3pm until midnight on Saturday 14th or 22nd July 2017 with a couple of live bands, a bar and preferably two giant hat tipis with a rectangular extension with tables and chairs.
We are in the process of planning our wedding, we will have approx. 100 for the day. we would like to have canapés and drinks and a sit down lunch followed by drinks and a party in the evening.
I am having a 30th birthday party at my home address for around 60 people. my party will start at 3pm and finish at 10pm. i would like some seated and standing, so a few tables may be 6 tables.

Were getting our friends and family together to a campsite in Calne to celebrate a 70th bday, 30th wedding anniversary and engagement all in one go!
We have the site from Wednesday 2n to Monday 7th August. We're lookin for a marquee to hold approx 150 people for the party on the Saturday.
Some guests will have arrived on the Friday and camp. There are 4 bell tents on site and we're interested in hiring more so that up to 30 guests could camp.
We are planning a party in Bicester Oxfordshire on the 3rd September 16 and would like to have a marquee. (up to 60 guests)

I need to hire a marquee for my wedding next summer on 8th July. Ideally I would like a traditional pole marquee but its not essential. The wedding would be for approx 150 seated guests and then 200 standing guests in the evening. For the seated guests I would like round tables, with 8 guests per table (so probably 20 tables in total) and chiavari chairs. We would also require a catering tent, bar ( for us to run ourselves), a chill out area, bar tables, outdoor furniture, fire pits, a sofa area, in addition to various decorative pieces (such as white fencing and outdoor lighting). Please could you let me know if you have availability and also could you provide a price list?

We had a fantastic weekend in our 1970's Vintent. Marc and company were extremely friendly and had everything including the beds set up for arrival...highly recommend Vintents to anyone who wants an authentic camping experience with a touch of nostalgia.

It was fantastic seeing the marquee go up in no time at all on Thursday. Not that I'd presume to know anything about marquee construction, but I thought it was a fine piece of workmanship :P
It looked great and the size seemed just right for what we needed, so we couldn't be happier.
We were out of the country by the time it was taken down, but I hope it all went as smoothly in reverse.

We hired a beautiful 5m bell tent from Jamie for a festival. Firstly, he was the only person willing to hire just the tent (we didn't need it kitted out), secondly, he was incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Emails replied to super fast, any admin sorted quickly, tent delivered and collected on time, very competitive pricing and so on. I cannot recommend Rent Event highly enough and I wish them all success in the future :)
