The party itself went well; however, there were several issues with the marquee that caused concern. The marquee leaked from the top, which became problematic during the event. Additionally, because the area consisted of a patio leading onto grass, there was a ledge that created a dip under the marquee flooring. This dip was hazardous, and several guests nearly tripped as a result. Furthermore, the underlay provided was insufficient for the conditions. As the grass was wet, guests’ feet became wet and the ground softened, causing people to sink into the grass. This affected both comfort and safety throughout the event.

I ordered a Marquee from Levels Marquees and Events via Poptop events. The Marquee, tables and chairs were promptly delivered and the team had set up the tent very efficiently. The tent, tables and chairs were all delivered in very good clean condition. Overall the service was well above the expectation. I used Jigsaw Marquees for a multi-aged birthday party. The guys were absolute sweethearts, setup the marquee quickly and professionally. I had the black swags which looked lovely against the white marquee and table linen, the seat pads were dark grey which matched the carpeting. I would absolutely use them again!
