Steve and his apprentice did an amazing job with our event! Providing a three course meal for 12 people in a small kitchen is a real challenge, and they rose to it with excellent humour and professionalism. The scallops were cooked to perfection, as was the salmon. A small issue with the number of main courses was quickly addressed - thank you! Working with Chef Eugene from conception through to the event itself was very easy. He responded quickly to all email communications and was flexible in adapting menus to suit tastes of all our guests. The food and service experience was superb and he left the kitchen spotless. Karen was incredible from start to finish. From speaking before the event to ensure everything was perfect to on the day preparing and cooking everything superbly. Karen cooked breakfast for 38 people with ease and then a full meat board buffet and Mexican bbq for evening meal. The honey sesame sausages are still being spoken about!! I was a bit worried about organising everything for our event (a hen do in a rental cottage in the middle of nowhere) but everything was made so easy for us and went without a hitch.
