Recent review: "The Tartan Trio played at our wedding in August 2018 and were absolutely exceptional. I had so many people say to me on the night and afterwards how brilliant they were. We requested to start with everyone together, rather than a traditional first dance, and they made it work perfectly. The caller was fantastic and so engaged with the audience - even getting off stage to demonstrate. It was 32 degrees during the day but people still wanted to keep dancing - at other ceilidhs I've been to guests have given up and not danced much. We provided a playlist for after and they put it together so everything flowed nicely and honestly we just had the best time! I highly highly recommend them (and have literally been telling newly engaged strangers to look them up!) Note: not the individuals in the photo and their email communication could be better. But the end result is worth it!"

Recent review: Hi marguerite Sorry for what happen , I was unaware that the guys got there late, the guys that did the job was not the Caribbean Regals Steelband, on the Friday mourning I came down really ill , I could not have made it so I ask another band to cover me , if you look at My profile those guys are not on my profile , I did not want to leave your function without any entertainment so I got a band that I work with to cover for me ,again I am sorry that band turn up late, but these were not the Caribbean Regals band members after reading your review I did contact the band and this is what they said: I appreciate we were late and we played for longer than half an hour, she was asking us if we wanted to stop and get some food but we said that we would carry on. We also said that we would play again which she agreed with but the people stayed inside after dinner. She even told us to stay and enjoy ourselves.

Recent review: Thank you so much for being able to accommodate us on the wedding of my son! What with atrocious weather causing extensive flooding that weekend and having to postpone the wedding from the Saturday night until the Sunday, we were more than grateful that the band was still willing and able to perform on the Sunday. Great music and excellent calling made the evening, with all participants thoroughly enjoying themselves - sometimes with a little over enthusiasm! I highly recommend this band to any future clients booking. The band were more than helpful - especially Jennie with all my questions and the band on the day were superb. Recent review: "Hi We have used Sofia and the Steel Drum Entertainment team for about 4 years now here at University of Nottingham, School of Health Sciences. They are very professional and the sound is amazing! They are here every year for Black History month and they play in the café, which is mainly for students. The students love it! We had queues going out the door this year of people coming in to see them. Staff from across the University come over to see them play. It’s like summer again in October when the Steel Drum Entertainment come to see us. Thanks Linda"

Recent review: If it is the performance of Band Baja UK, be absolutely sure about the delight it will create. It is not ordinary band. It’s awesomely creative and magnificently impactful. Its music and sounds don’t leave your ears even after few hours of performance. The notes are accurate and ringing continuously once you are on the dance floor. What a delight!

Recent review: Kitty’s saxophone performance was perfect for our garden 70th birthday party. It added a fantastic atmosphere to the celebrations and all the guests were very complimentary about Kitty’s performance. Good choice of songs, very professional, also her vocals.
