About supplier

Our grandma’s family came from a little-known rural area in Valencia called Albufera. Her paella recipe came from her great-grandma using whatever was around, typically rabbit, and chicken with veg olive oil and saffron which we use in the original recipe today.

"staff arrived with all equipment and set up was quickly achieved. Food excellent! Portions plentiful and very tasty. Both the meat paella and fish paella received lots of complements from our members. Whilst the paella was cooking guests enjoyed the lovely aroma. Clearing up was quickly completed. Chef Lopez arrived exactly on time, as promised, and cooked a delicious paella for our guests, which went down very well with everyone. The amounts are very generous, so no-one went hungry. Great quality, huge prawns, clams and mussels, chorizo etc. The staff were so easy to work with, a voice of calm as things got underway for us. Thank you again -would recommend to anyone.

Richie was fabulous and helped make our special event very special indeed. We had arranged for paella for a group of 10, including some vegetarians, and he could not have made our lives easier! "Great event ! The food from our selected menu was tasty and well liked by everyone, so top marks on that score. There was enough variety to keep younger and older tastes alike interested, though having slightly fewer fishcakes and a few more burgers or sausages might have been a good trade-off as a couple of people missed those. Steve was great - very accommodating, unobtrusive, patient and everyone loved the food! Compared with others his paellas were very good value indeed. I highly recommend Steve and Scoff & Nosh.
