The party is planned to be on the 24th of September, starting at 5pm and finish at 11pm. It's a teen party for a 17th year old girl. I think we'll need a heater. There are 60 people approximately invited.
Hi, I am trying to plan my wedding and would need 100 chairs and the tables to go with this to accommodate a reception in our courtyard. I am not sure how may tables i would need for 100 people. The weddding looks like it will be at 4 so would need the chairs well in advance so it can be set up in time before hand and collection the next day.
A wedding party with a very laid back festival feel. We are hiring farm land for 2 days. About 150 guests possibly up to 200 depending on what we organise. The reception will start about 1pm and go on until very late. Specific timings for different activities yet to be confirmed.
We are looking for a marquee for our summer ball at which there will be 250 guests. We would like a arquee to cover our main stage. The audience will not have to be covered but we would like the arquee to look impressive and attractive as the mains stage is an important part of the ball.
Hello, my friendis having a masquerade-themed birthday on Saturday 3rd September 2016. There unfortunately isn’t enough space inside for the drinks reception so we are looking at hiring a marquee to have either on the decking area or attached to an entrance door. There will be a maximum of 70 guests at the party which will start at 7pm. We will need it for an hour or so before to put up any decorations (which will be minimal due to it only being used for a short time) and it will only be required for the drinks reception until 8.30pm at the latest. Please could you give me an idea of costs for hiring a marquee from yourselves? Many thanks in advance
We hired the bell tent for our summer camping trip we picked it up first thing and off we went it only took us 10 minutes to put up, we enjoyed watching the stars at night time and had a great time, I would thoroughly recommend hiring great prices thank you
