What began as a small family affair in 1977 has grown to become The Rembrandt Hotelan award winning restaurant and events venue. Serving locally sourced produce and buying seasonally, Yang Sing is a grande dame of Manchester’s vibrant food and drink scene. Our Princess, Charlotte and George Rooms are named after the various locations that,Yang Sing has inhabited in four decades; we offer unique spaces, a colourful history and memorable events. Understanding and meeting the needs of our guests has always been central to the success of our events team. Located in the heart of Manchester and on the door step of Chinatown and housed in a beautiful grade II listed cotton warehouse; our private dining rooms are unique, offering a range of bright, oriental themed rooms.
