Conferences and Corporate Events
Thinktank is available for hire for all types of corporate events, from meetings and conferences, to conventions, product launches and receptions. We're the only venue in the Midlands where delegates can enjoy their canapés either under the wings of Spitfire and Hurricane fighter planes.
What we Offer
The venue boasts versatile spaces, dramatic architecture and fascinating museum exhibits. The added attractions of the digital Planetarium and Thinktank Theatre are also available as part of conference and event packages.
The Event Suite - a versatile space which can be transformed into three areas. Situated next to the Futures Gallery you can entertain your guests alongside fascinating exhibits. It has a maximum capacity of 250 people.
The 180 seat Thinktank Theatre offers state-of-the-art facilities for 180 delegates. It has a dedicated reception area plus meeting room - ideal for break out spaces.
Our 70 seat Digital Planetarium offers a unique immersive experience to wow your delegates. Hire this space for your own presentations, or sit back and enjoy a Planetarium show that will take you to the outer reaches of space.
Thinktank Galleries - spread over four floors, Thinktank offers a compelling and entertaining venue space with everything from a steam locomotive to a talking roboto to entertain your guests.
From light bites to banqueting Thinktank’s catering fully lives up to our reputation for quality. We can provide silver service, sandwiches, banquets or buffets, with a choice of menus to suit your event, with wines to match.
