Thank you for considering The Priory as a venue for your special occasion, be it a private lunch or dinner, a birthday or anniversary celebration, or wedding reception. Whatever the occasion, we have a number of locations both within the hotel and outside in the beautiful gardens, that offer the perfect venue to celebrate your special occasion. In general, we can accommodate functions up to 42 guests inside the hotel and, in excess of 42, in a marquee. Please note, however, that all day-time functions must conclude by 6.00 p.m. so we can prepare for our resident guests in the evening.

Our 3-course function menu offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from. For functions held inside the hotel 2 dishes can be selected for each course, and for functions located in a marquee, 1 dish can be selected for each course. Alternatively, the option of a ‘tailor-made’ menu can be discussed with our Head Chef.

It may also be possible to book the hotel on an ‘exclusive use’ basis for a special event. The overall cost of an ‘exclusive use’ event varies accordingly, depending on our normal revenue trends for the time of year, number of guest rooms required, and meals to be taken. The very nature of an ‘exclusive use’ event means that it is completely tailor-made and priced commensurately.
