The Green Dragon Inn

We have a Function Room with its own bar which is able to cater for up to one hundred people. This room is available for private parties, wedding receptions and business meetings and conferences. We do make a room hire charge, dependent on the size and type of event starting from £200 and going up to £500.

The room also has a unique feature – it can be turned into a skittle alley. Teams have been coming to the Green Dragon since the early 1900’s to play skittles and we pride ourselves on keeping the tradition going.

Our two function rooms which combine to make a flexible venue in any season; with a secluded patio terrace overlooking Cowley lakes in Summer or a lovely log fire on chillier days, is a perfect venue for you and your guests to enjoy a memorable occasion for your special day. Couples looking for award winning food in a unique and comfortable atmosphere with personal attention and planning will find the ideal setting here. We have 9 en-suite recently refurbished rooms including our St George’s Suite for wedding party guest. We have ample car parking on site. We also have disabled access.
