Head Chef, Ed Firth has been a constant at Mortons House for many years. He takes his inspiration from the finest offerings of mostly local producers and is inspired by both traditionally British, and International cuisine, all served in an unpretentious, friendly environment.

It's all about informal dining, featuring grilled steaks and local seafood, but with a few twists of innovation to tempt the palate.

The Restaurant's reputation for fine food is well known, making it a favourite with residents and locals alike and is proud to have held 2 AA Rosettes since 2002.
