Our buffet-style service is perfect for events with 20-130 guests. We have 4 pizzas out at a time and guests can help themselves to slices. We keep cooking until everyone has had enough! We're more than happy to work with you on a menu but as an example could offer the following - 1 x vegan - Marinara (no cheese but still a flavour packed pizza) 1 x vegetarian - Margherita (the OG cheese pizza, always the most popular) 1 x meat - Pepperoni (pepperoni with a little spice for that extra meaty/spicy kick) 1 x special (generally something we have on our menu at the time of the event) We can offer gluten-free bases but please note there will be traces of gluten flour within the pizza ovens. Pizza Buffet - 70 Pizzas (Up To 120 Guests)

Our Pizza Buffet is the perfect way to feed a large group. We will work with you to bespoke a menu of up to Four Pizza varieties which we then cook fresh and serve them on our oak pizza boards so guests can come and grab a slice as and when they wish. Our minimum spend package includes up to 70 Pizza for which we suggest a serving time of roughy 2 hours, we will then arrive two hours before service to set up. We will send you a sample menu for your pizza choices, these are just examples and if there is something else you would like including we can bespoke something for you, we can also provide gluten free bases if required. As our pizzas are prepared fresh on site we can cater for most intolerance and dietary requirements on the go. For a personal touch, we can name the pizzas in line with the theme of your event on our blackboard menu which we will design for you. All of our Pizzas are classic Neapolitan Sour Dough Style and they are prepared fresh in front of your guests and then cooked in 2 minutes. I have included some prices below for you, these are fully inclusive of everything you will need to keep your guests well fed (Plates, napkins, millage etc). For setting up we just require a flat space outdoors roughly 5mx5m with access for our Land Rover (roughly 2.5m wide if there are gates etc), please let us know if this isn’t possible and we will work with you to find a solution. We require a single domestic power socket for out set up and will provide all necessary extension cables, if the venue isn’t able to provide to power then we can supply a small, quiet generator.

We use 24 hours fermented dough and all the best locally sourced ingredients to achieve the mouth-watering tasting pizzas. They would be cooked on the spot in our three portable ovens and served on biodegradable plates for the best enjoyment. The standard menu includes 4 variety pizzas and we can also work around your preferences if any changes need to be done. Super spicy? Full veggie? Not a problem. Order a selection of our pizzas to be delivered to your door. We require at least 24 hours notice for this service and a minimum spend of £80.00 which will cover the first 10 pizzas. Any larger orders will cost £8/pizza in addition to the £80.00. Delivery within London Borough of Sutton only. We use authentic Italian ingredients; ‘00’ flour, fior di latte mozzarella and hand crushed plum tomatoes from Campania, but wherever possible, source ingredients locally. Fresh yeast is used in our hand-made dough, which is left to mature over 24 hours, making the pizza light and easy to digest. We hand-stretch the dough, add your favourite toppings, then cook your pizza in approximately 90 seconds in 450 degrees of wood fired heaven.
