Hi I’m Dan. A chef of 17 years (I know I still look good) I’m a passionate foodie. However I get sick of attending events and festivals all serving the same greasy cheap burger, crap sausages and soggy chips!
I decided to do something about it!
In 2017 I went self employed offering bespoke catering options including pulled pork, afternoon teas and wood fired pizzas.
I bought the pizza oven in 2018 and discovered not only does it make amazing tasty pizzas but cooks other foods beautifuly.
The wood fired kitchen was born.
I use fresh real ingredients cooked using locally sourced wood.
I love cooking fish in the oven as it gives the fish a fantastic taste and serving it with fresh salads and flavour packed sauce!
