Originally from the restaurant trade we turned our passion for food into the street food industry, we believe in good food and believer we have brought something slightly different to the market. We completed extensive research into Lebanese food before we started trading and have not just jumped from a burger van to an imitation street food company. All our products are made in house and we do not buy products in. We marinate all our own meats with our special recipes, prepare and season our own salads, make all our own flat breads/ wraps in traditional Lebanese style. We produce all our own sauces, all our foods are allergy safe with allergen menus on our units, we have 100% traceability on all our foods and only use supplies that we have researched beforehand to make sure we are getting the best product and we know where it’s come from. We try to keep our wastage to a minimum and have the minimum amount of harm on the local environment where ever we go. We do realise the importance of supplying a food option for vegan, vegetarians & gluten intolerances we have a separate side menu in which we can cater for along with the traditional meat lovers.
