Description
We Are Here serves delicious coffee and other hot beverages from the back of London's coolest coffee cart, also known as Fred.
Having worked with big brands such as Boden and Laura Ashley on their press and launch events, appearing on TV's Made In Chelsea, as well as regular market, wedding, and party bookings we'll make sure your occasion is that extra bit special.
We offer a wide range of customisation options such as, choosing your cups and lids, personalised printed marshamallows, and being able to create your own concoction/menu.
We're completely self sufficient, so as long as there is enough space for our little vehicle to get into your space and a plug socket, we'll be set to go.

What services do you offer?
Half or whole day London coffee cart hire. You can opt to pre-pay for drinks or have them pay using our POS. The tuk tuk can be used inside or out, depending on the space you have an any obstacles we may need to drive over. We can run off mains power or off batteries (for a shorter amount of time) if there is no hookup. We can also work at night!
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Absolutely. We can source various ingredients to fit in with a particular theme, we've previously used rose, lavendar, and salted caramel alongside those wanting matcha based based lattes. We can also order different colour cups and lids, as well as having some custom printed marshmallows to pop on top.

Our tuk tuk is 1.5m(w) x 3.2m(l) and requires mains power supply.
Things we need to know:
1. The location of your event.
2. The hours of your event, we base our costs on 1/2 and whole day rates.
3. The number of attendees at your event.
4. Whether you or your attendees will be paying for their drinks.
5. Is there mains power.
6. Is there enough space/access for us to drive in.
7. Would you like printed personalised marshmallows.
8. Would you like specific colour cups.
9. Would you like specific colour lids.
10. Would you like to create your own drink.
