What services do you offer?
Mobile bar. Fully stocked and staffed.
How does the open bar work?
We have 3 bar options.... #1 Pay as you Go Bar It does what it says. Guests pay as they go, just like a regular bar. #2 Token Bar The host buys tokens and gifts them to their guests. Once the guests have spent their tokens, they start paying for their drinks. #3 All Inclusive Bar The host pays a deposit 4 weeks prior to the event and is then invoiced for the remainder after the event. No guests pay for any drinks.

No, we pay for the T.E.N. completely free of charge.
Which drinks do you sell?
We have a wide selection of drinks including, 2 x different lagers, 1 x cider and 1 x bitter on tap. We have ales, spirits, a selection of gins, and non alcoholic drinks to name but a few and we're always happy to add any requests.
What are your T's & C's?
I, Andrea Nixon, Owner / Manager of Watbar, do agree to give the services of a fully functioning and licensed mobile bar, in good order, fully stocked and staffed and with adequate public liability insurance. A non refundable deposit of £100 must be paid if you wish to secure your date. If this is not paid, I cannot guarantee that your date will still be available when you need the bar for your event. A non refundable deposit of £200 must be paid if you have stated there will be less than 200 guests at your function. You must agree that any other costs due, for any Bar Payment Plans you require will be paid to me in full, no later than 4 weeks before the date of the event. A condition of hiring Watbar for your event is, we would expect to be the sole provider of alcohol and your guests shall not bring their own alcohol to consume whilst the bar is open (unless you have given us notice of any prior arrangements and we have agreed them.) If for any reason, the party host has to cancel on their agreement once it is signed by both parties or does not adhere to the conditions set out in this agreement, they will forfeit any monies paid to me by them and Watbar shall no longer be held to contract. In the unlikely event that Watbar has to cancel on their agreement a full refund of any monies paid will be returned.
