Van With A Camera

My name is Vân Bùi. I came to England from Vietnam 6 years ago at the age of 17. Perhaps, that's why I kept coming back to the themes of place and identity in the short documentaries that I made, despite me always trying to find different subjects and inspirations to work on.

I hold a MA degree in Visual Anthropology and a BA one in Film and Philosophy. During and after my university times, I have been doing event photography and videography. I always find human beings and their range of emotions to be the most fascinating subjects to capture.
