Hi, we are Paul and Niki, we are both Greeks that we have moved in UK with the purpose of creating Uncle Paul's food truck. A dream that has come true and that we now use in order to offer traditional Greek food to all of UK. At Uncle Paul's the food is cooked and served the way it does in Greece. If you have ever been in Greece then you are certainly familiar with the mouth-watering smell and taste of gyros and souvlaki.
