Very punctual and professional service . Organised for a one way trip to the wedding ceremony as a surprise for my fiancée and she was absolutely thrilled to bits to arrive in style. Fantastic service 👍

well what can I say , it was fabulous and I changed it at last minute to a hummer which was outstanding , on time and the driver kept in touch as he set off he drove us around and around and was extremely great we had the most fabulous time and it was a surprise for my guests which they enjoyed themselves to say the least, would highly recommend .

The driver was a bit late but since it was a surprise it gave us ample time to prepare the surprise birthday and the drive made it a limo party of a life time. Awesome 👌

They rang the day before to confirm booking and times, telephone me half an hour before they were due to say they were on there way and would be on time. The driver was polite and professional and treated the girls well. They loved it, thank you.

Unfortunately had to cancel as our hen organisers went bankrupt wednesday morning

Sorry to say, it was arranged for the limo to arrive at 3pm, but due to a break down of the Bentley I was contacted to say to another limo will arrive at approx 3.30pm. I kept it secret from the party from the time of booking, but because of the delay I had to tell everybody prior the arrival of replacement, the limo company apoligised, but the supprise factor had gone.
The girls still had a goog time.

The limo was good apart from not enough drink inside for everyone so some went without drink

Communication with the limo service was poor. Tried to get in contact and didn’t hear anything until the week before. Contacted pop top who were great and helped me resolve straight away.
Turned up very early which was great but was the wrong limo. I booked the hummer which was confirmed but a Porche turned up. The interior was very worn and was rips all over the seats and a very mouldy smell.. for the amount I paid I would of expected better quality.

Unfortunately the stretch hummer was 40 mins late and then got lost going to the venue. They had rang 3 times prior to picking us up saying they would definitely be there for 12 o clock . The Rolls Royce was on time but the hummer being late nearly cost us the wedding as the registrar was on the verge of leaving as by the time we got there we were nearly 1 hour late. We didn't get the prosecco which was promised and we only managed to get a couple of photos with the vehicles. We were so excited about the promise of the vehicles and were left disappointed at the result. I do think we should have some sort of refund or compensation but I have yet to hear from the company. It is fortunate that the wedding went ahead.

Disappointing. The sound system wasn’t working. The limousine looked like it needed some tlc. We were given non alcoholic fizzy wine as the driver said it wasn’t licensed. The only positive were the pre-service confirmation and the limo was early

We used you to book a hummer for bridesmaids and guests to and from our wedding venue and it never arrived on the day when I phoned up ultimate limousines to find out why it was late they just said they don’t deal with you anymore then they hung up on me this is while I’m at wedding venue waiting for my bride to arrive adding loads of stress due to your incompetence we’ve not received payment back from this or any come back from you about this matter I look forward to hearing from you about this regards mr n Dinsley

Thank you for offering this opportunity to feedback. I planned to send a complaint. Your pre even communications were terrible. We were fairly convinced that the car would not arrive at all. It did arrive 15 minutes late and not before numerous attempts to telephone anyone at the organisation. On arrival we had expected that 2 trips would be necessary to transport 10 boys to the party venue. The driver was happy to take them all together. As such we suggested that he might drive them around for 15 minutes before going to the venue (which was only a few minutes away). This would allow the parent to arrive at the venue first and when the boys arrived take some photos of them. We travelled directly to the venue ourselves and on arrival the boys had already been dropped off and the car was no where to be seen (although another parent managed to capture a picture of it leaving). £195 for less than 15-20 minutes from arrival to leaving and no memories to share. Absolutely disgusted with the overall service. I will not be recommending your services.

Absolutely appalling!!! I booked them last September for my hen this April and the DAY BEFORE they let me down!! Then I had to call 6times for them to return my deposit!! They promised me 50pounds compensation which didn't cover the extra I had to pay last minute and even though they've told me three times they will pay it's never come through!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
