• What services do you offer?

  A bespoke catering service, with the provision of Caribbean cuisine. We assist in menu preparation, with appropriate suggestions, according to the individuals requests. We can provide Silver Service, table service, or buffet style catering. We can provide individually tailored cakes, again according to requirement. We can bring food pre cooked, or cook at the premises We are fully staffed, with a good management structure in place We have experience of catering for very small to very large (1000+) events

• Do you offer a venue for the banquet?

  We have a small venue, which could cater for small parties of up to 50 people

• Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?

  We can either pre cook the food, or cook at the venue, depending on the individuals requirements

• Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?

  Yes, this will need to be no later than 4 weeks prior to the date of the event though.

• What kind of cuisine do you offer?

  Caribbean British

• Do you offer special menus?

  We have developed a great vegan menu, which is very popular at the restaurant we run.

• Do you also offer a wedding cake?

  Yes

• How does the open bar work?

  We either provide a cash bar, which either the host fund, or their guest.

• What is included in the menu?

  Vegetable dishes Fish dishes Meat dishes Rices Salads Pasta dishes Other Caribbean sides, such as plantain and fish fritters Soups Desserts Traditional Caribbean drinks, such as carrot/pineapple/Guinness punches
