Three of London's most exciting young jazz voices come together to create a highly creative and dynamic sound. Zara Tobias, Rosina Bullen and Lydia Bell, all jazz vocal students at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, demonstrate considerable musical and vocal talent unrivalled by other jazz vocal groups today. They draw influences from early groups such as the 1930's trio The Boswell Sisters, to the bebop vocalese specialists and jazz legends Lambert, Hendricks and Ross. The group also uses original arrangements to make their own mark on jazz tunes using improvisation and tight vocal harmonies. Started in February 2017, the group already have bookings at high-profile swing events and the famous Aldeburgh Festival. They deliver smooth, clean sounds and suit a range of jazz styles from the vintage trio to a more modern jazz sound. They also have their own original arrangements of pop and soul songs.
