We have three converted horse boxes, each with ovens capable of finishing a steak in 60 seconds. We use the latest sous vide technology to bring the Bert to the prefect temp before finishing at 500 degrees for a perfect crust. We use locally baked bread and the best cheeses and sauces for a perfect meal.
