The Sykes Curry Company incorporating 'La Cochina Borracha' (our 1972 Carlight Casseta vintage catering caravan) are purveyors of artisan Pakistani / Indian cuisine as well as authentic Mexican taco's (courtesy of our loco chef Alex Gope!). All tastes catered for with menu options that can be adapted to suit all tastes - if you want curry for 95 and burgers for 5, no problem!

  • Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?

    We cook food off site and bring to the venue chilled ready for reheating.

  • Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?

    Our menu's are fully adaptable to suit all tastes including vegan / vegetarian and those with food intolerance's.

  • What kind of cuisine do you offer?

    We principally cater Pakistani / Indian food (curry & starters) and Mexican (taco's). We are happy to also cater for guests who aren't keen on spicy foods (limited menu burgers, dogs etc).
