We are The Pork Shack who offer Filipino Fusion dishes, our food is fairly unique in that we take a modern spin on traditional Filipino dishes by reconstructing popular Filipino family favourites and turning them into street food fusion delicacies. I would describe our food to be rich and full of flavour, our menu options is always served with a pickled slaw with an option to be served with coconut rice or in brioche buns. Along side our pork dishes we always have a vegan option and if you like we can do a chicken dish too.
We only use good quality fresh ingredients in our dishes, our pork is always from British farmers, free range, rare breed, high welfare pigs and our curry and spice blends are all homemade.
